Local partners
Vetted local AV rental and production companies list their inventory, set their own policies, and fulfill the rental.
The 10% model
No listing fees. React AV keeps 10% of rental revenue and remits 90% to the partner — typically within 15 days after the event.

Our event designer builds systems to AVIXA standards — coverage, sightlines, and power calculated for your room, not guessed.
Vetted and insured partners
Every rental partner carries at least $1M in commercial general liability plus $1M umbrella coverage, verified before they can take a single booking.
